1. No number without a source. Every dose, threshold, time, and rate is copied from a cited source.
2. No copyrighted reproduction. Link to licensed material; do not paste it.
3. Disagreement is content. When two sources differ, show both and name them.
4. The policy wins. Where this wiki and an institutional protocol disagree, the protocol governs — and the conflict gets reported.

Style

• Terse bullets, no paragraphs on clinical pages.
• British or American spelling: pick one and stay with it (the build converts the whole site consistently).
• Dates as DD Mon YYYY.
• Every page ends with its sources.
