If a page is wrong, unsafe, or simply unclear, say so. A one-line report is enough.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”- The page (paste the link).
- What is wrong.
- If you know it — the correct version, with its source.
Where to send it
Section titled “Where to send it”- Clinical or safety-critical: contact the on-shift attending and the department lead immediately, then file the report.
- Everything else: message the wiki maintainers — see Contact & Feedback.
