The three states

The process
Section titled “The process”- Contributor submits an edit.
- The change is held as a draft — the live site is not affected yet.
- A reviewer checks accuracy, sourcing, and licensing.
- Approved pages are published on the next rebuild (about a minute).
- Every change keeps its history, so anything can be restored.
Who reviews what
Section titled “Who reviews what”- Clinical content — a physician or senior APP reviewer
- Policy and logistics — the department lead
- Structure and wiki mechanics — the wiki maintainers
